Ingredients of Thai Noodles with chopped beef menu

  • 450g wide rice noodles
  • 400 g beef fillet
  • 2 tablespoons whiskey
  • 10 cloves garlic, peeled
  • 1 tablespoon white peppercorn
  • 2 coriandee root, fish sauce, sugar vegetable oil,leaf lettices, ground pepper, corianders, ground aried chilli, chiliies in vingar

Preparation of Thai Noodles with chopped beef menu

  1. Ware the breef well. Cut then choop finely in mortar, finely pound together the peppercorns garlics and coriander roots, then mix well with the chopped beef. Add the whiskey and fush sauce, mixing well. Allow to marinate for 30 minutes
  2. Heat the oil in a frying pan over a moderate heat untill starts to vaporize. Put in the beef and stir1 fry until cooked. Add the sugar and 1/4 water, stir-frying until mixed thoroughly. Tase to flavou. Remove from teh heat.
